Child Safeguarding
We are committed to protecting every child and vulnerable person engaged in our programs. All staff, members, and volunteers sign a Child Safeguarding Code of Conduct, and any breach results in immediate disciplinary action and referral to the relevant authorities.
Anti-Corruption & Ethics
Kindle Hearts Foundation holds a zero-tolerance stance on corruption, bribery, fraud, and misuse of resources. A confidential whistleblower mechanism allows staff, members, and beneficiaries to report misconduct without fear of retaliation.
Environmental Commitment
Our programs integrate environmental sustainability, aligning with the Paris Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and promoting clean energy, afforestation, and climate resilience.
Data Protection & Privacy
We collect, store, and use the personal data of beneficiaries, staff, and donors lawfully, securely, and transparently, in line with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act.
Kindle Hearts Foundation Limited operates under a formal Constitution covering governance, finance, transparency, and accountability, and complies with the laws of Uganda and the requirements of the Uganda NGO Bureau.
